Ingredients
- 500g of rabbit meat
- 5 onions, 5 green peppers
- Marinade Sauce
- 300ml vegetable oil
- 2 tables spoon of vinegar
- Khebab sticks
Method
1. Add vinegar to water and wash rabbit meat.
2. Cut the meat into desirable sizes.
3. Soak in marinade for one hour.
4. Fix up the cubes of meat with the onion and green pepper unto the khebab stick.
5. Place the meat on skewers.
6. Grill half and half meat over charcoal, glaze with oil whiles turning meat on grill.
7 When cooked serve at once.
