HOW TO PREPARE GROUNDNUT SOUP WITH RABBIT

 







INGREDIENTS

500G Rabbit

3 medium onion

300g groundnut paste

100g tomato puree

3 litre water

Salt to taste

2 medium tomato

Ginger paste

1 stock cube

1/4 table spoon pepper



METHOD

1. Clean and cut up rabbit into neat pieces and salt the pieces.

2. Chop onion finely, add to the rabbit and put on fire to sweat.

3. Mix groundnut paste with water and add to the meat.

4.Add pepper and tomatoes and cook slowly.

5. Grind tomato when soft, add it to soup along with stock cube.

6. Simmer until cooked

7. Serve with rice or any starchy root food.
