- 700g fresh or smoked rabbit meat,
- 4 tomatoes (blended),
- 2 garden egg(optional),
- 700ml of stock or cold water,
- Salt and pepper to taste,
- 1 dessert spoon tomato paste,
- All purpose season,
Method
- Clean, wash and prepare rabbit, cut into neat pieces
- Put meat in a saucepan and add some little water for steaming.
- Add onion and salt, allow it to boil for 5 minutes add blended tomato and tomato paste.
- Add extra water to your consistency , allow it to boil for 30 minutes
- Add season and allow it to boil for 20 minutes
- Food is ready
