HOW TO PREPARE RABBIT SOUP--- RECIPE

 



Ingredients

  • 700g fresh or smoked rabbit meat,
  • 4 tomatoes (blended),
  • 2 garden egg(optional),
  • 700ml of stock or cold water,
  • Salt and pepper to taste,
  • 1 dessert spoon tomato paste,
  • All purpose season,

Method
  1. Clean, wash and prepare rabbit, cut into neat pieces 
  2. Put meat in a saucepan and add some little water for steaming.
  3. Add onion and salt, allow it to boil for 5 minutes  add blended tomato and tomato paste.
  4. Add extra water to your consistency , allow it to boil for 30 minutes
  5. Add season and allow it to boil for 20 minutes
  6. Food is ready
