Bice Osei Kuffour known in Showbiz as Obour recently, uncovered that he had plans of relinquishing his dreadlocks which he has saved for quite a long time.
The musician turned politician unveiled this first appearance following his change at President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo's swearing-in function which occurred at Parliament on January 7, 2020.
