It was a big Kumawood reunion as actors, producers, and other players in the industry joined Mr. Samuel Nyamekye o to bury his late father. Samuel Nyamekye, the popular movie producer who is credited as the pioneer of the Kumawood movie industry.
On Saturday, October 24, 2020,Mr. Samuel Nyamekye and his family held the final funeral rites of their old man but the funeral turned out to be a reunion of players in the Kumasi movie industry.
Photo and videos circulating on social media shows , Emelia Brobbey, Agya Koo, Nana Ama Mcbrown, Kwodwo Nkansah and many others were present at the funeral to show support their brother.
